ISPE's On-Demand Webinars allow Professional Engineers to gain knowledge and professional development hours at their desk, on their own time. 

Here is how it works:

  1. Purchase a webinar from the list below.
  2. You will receive a link to the webinar and the quiz upon check out as well as in your confirmation email.
  3. You must be logged in to access the page.  
  4. Watch the recording of the webinar via the link below.
  5. When you have completed the webinar, click the link to the right to take the quiz.
  6. If you successfully passed the quiz, you will receive your PDH certificate in 10-12 business days.
  7. If you did not pass the quiz, you will be notified within 10-12 business days and have the opportunity to re-take the quiz.

You will have access to the webinar purchase page for 2 months.

ISPE OnDemand Conference Library Information:
After watching a session, you will be required to take a short 5-question quiz in order to obtain credit. You must pass the quiz by answering at least 4 questions correctly. If you do not pass the quiz you can retake it a to achieve a passing score. The link to each quiz can be found below each recording.

Once you’ve successfully completed the programs you wish to view and passed the associated quizzes you will receive a PDH certificate via email within 7 business days.

Kevin Sido, a Chicago-based Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has represented design professionals for some 45 years. Mr. Sido regularly writes and speaks on construction law, ethics, mediation, arbitration and related topics and has frequently addressed meetings of ISPE, AIA-Illinois, AIA NE IL, ACEC, CCHRB, NCSEA, and SEAOI. He has written appellate amicus curiae briefs for ISPE and SEAOI. He is a skilled arbitrator and mediator. He serves as editor of a leading text, Architect and Engineer Liability, Claims Against Design Professionals (Aspen 2006). Mr. Sido earned both his B.A., with honors, and J.D., from the University of Illinois.



Brian Zeeck, a Chicago-based Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and a member of the firm's Government Practice Group, has represented individuals from various professions, including architects, engineers, land surveyors, developers, contractors and appraisers, in all aspects of litigation, including state and federal investigations, civil lawsuits, criminal prosecutions, and before various regulatory bodies, including the IDFPR. Mr. Zeeck earned his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Springfield, and his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago.

This presentation is a report on the research done at Villanova University on the effect of GFRP reinforcement bars used in a bridge deck under cyclic loading. This research simulated a slice of a concrete bridge deck with truck loading. The sample was subjected to 100,000 load cycles to determine if there was a reduction of capacity after repetitive loads.
